In " A. When Bullock continues to talk dirty about Hayley, Reggie takes his cellphone to call Bullock's mother.
In " Gorillas in the Mist ", Reggie invites Stan, Dick and Jackson on his houseboat to look for women on passing boats. When Stan is forced to bring Steve along, he wins over the guys by telling a dirty joke although Reggie's boat crashes and sinks another boat and Reggie is eventually arrested. An icon of his image appears on the control panel to select an agent's memories.
Reginald appears on a list of people Bullock doesn't like in " She Swill Survive ". However, " Bahama Mama " hints at his return. He was to be a panelist for the Mayoral election in " Railroaded " before the segment is cut short. She mentions Reginald, but admits no one is really sure what happened to him. In classic, male popular kid manner, he'd also bully Steve every now and then and recede back to his crew for high fives and cheering.
Though he hasn't been at the front lines of the series after his first couple of episodes, he'd inconsistently appear in the background of different episodes, going from Steve's high school to sports crowds to being in one of Hayley's college courses. When Buckle first entered the series, he had a lot going for him. He was an ex-Disney Imagineer who'd go off the grid and become burly woodsman, only for the seclusion of the outdoors to make him crazed and lonely.
The Smiths eventually pair him up with a girl that Roger had been seeing, Sharri Rothberg, and the two would eventually marry. While Buckle himself hasn't been in as many episodes as he did in the beginning, he at least gets seen in the foreground and is often mentioned by the main cast. The same can't be said for Sharri. She appeared as a stereotypical, nagging Jewish woman who would only appear to berate Buckle; and once that gag ran its course, she eventually just stopped appearing in the show.
He played the quintessential snobby, arrogant neighbor who'd often rub his success and better life in Stan and Francine's faces and was often famous for just going "Ha Ha" in their faces, like a discount Nelson Muntz. This was great to get a rise out of the Smiths for a few episodes, but Chuch White and his family would only devolve into obscurity later in the series, only appearing in a few rumors and background gags later on.
Before Mike Barker left the series, Greg and Terry were the most consistent, recurring side characters to have ever appeared in the series. Their gay lifestyle and lavishing living would often clash with the Smith's more conservative and less cultured attitudes and would make for some interesting episodes.
One, in particular, would have Francine volunteer to be their surrogate for their new baby, Liberty Belle. She'd often appear alongside the duo and would be used in a few gags to make their parenting and living style appear even more extravagant. However, when Terry disappeared, he may have apparently took Libby with him, as she hasn't appeared in the series since his leaving.
While Chuck White was failing to be Stan's rival in the neighborhood, Agent Duper would only serve to be a temporary antagonist in his office. Duper came in as the multi-talented and electrifying super agent who often one-upped Stan and his cohorts in the CIA. Beyond just having him outclass his fellow agents, he was often portrayed as being incredibly confident in his own body and was just a general scum bag within his personal life.
