Does anybody know? I have the big red Evolve premium grill with interchangeable grills. Temperature settings are listed on the front underneath side of the lid rather than in the manual. My take is they are a bit on the high side. Plan accordingly. How would these grilling times translate to the outdoor George Foreman grill?
There was no booklet at all in the box…. Is there a chart with the recommened temperatures and receipes for this grill? It has thermometer on the hood. I would appreciate any info or direction to clarify these matters for me.

Serious flaw not to include basic temps and cooking times for the outdoor grill I just purchased very disappointed as I had an older indoor grill and it came with a booklet has anyone found an answer for this? I usually throw my meat on frozen. The steaks always come out super moist and perfectly cook. To clean, I leave it plugged in, wipe what I can off then drizzle water over the cooking surface. I then wipe the grill again. I have one of the older family sized round models and not the newer ones with temperature control.
How I clean a Foreman grill: I use a cotton or cotton blend cloth scrap to wipe the plates…. If the grease on the plates is cold, I heat the grill for a few minutes to soften the grease and other debris.
This method has made the cleanup much easier for me. I use Grease Proof Paper.
